What are the requirements for inspector application?
To apply as an inspector, you need a valid NIDA number, relevant qualifications in warehouse management or inspection, a CV, and you must be willing to work across Tanzania. Full training will be provided to successful applicants.
How long does the application process take?
The application process typically takes 5-7 business days from submission to completion. This includes document verification, review, and approval. You will be notified at every stage of the process.
Do I need to pay to apply?
Inspector applications are free. For operator warehouse registration, there is a registration fee that can be paid via mobile networks or banks. The fee covers processing, inspection, and certificate issuance.
What documents do I need to upload?
For Inspector applications: CV, NIDA copy, relevant certificates, and a cover letter. For Operator applications: BRELA certificate, TRA certificate, insurance documents, NIDA copy, and warehouse photos.
Can I apply for both positions?
Yes, you can apply for both inspector and operator positions if you meet the requirements for both. However, note that you cannot be an inspector and operate a warehouse at the same time due to conflict of interest policies.
